Poa Poa Bungalows
Poa Poa Bungalows is an intimate hotel located in Kiwengwa on one of the most beautiful beaches in Zanzibar. The facility consists of 4 bungalows (8 double rooms in total) and a small restaurant serving breakfast, delicious seafood, local snacks, as well as drinks and cocktails.
The facility is situated on its own sandy beach, with beach beds and hammocks available for guests. The rooms are decorated in a natural, Zanzibari style. Each room is equipped with air conditioning and a private bathroom. Most rooms offer a wonderful view of the Indian Ocean. There is a possibility of adding an extra bed in each room.
Villa Lala
Villa Lala is a great alternative for those seeking peace and an intimate atmosphere. The villa is designed for 6-8 people and is available for private rental only; it is never shared with other guests.
Located in Kiwengwa directly on the beautiful and quiet beach, right next to Poa Poa Bungalows, the villa is surrounded by charming restaurants, small souvenir shops, and water sports centers.
Villa Lala offers a unique combination of modern style and European luxury with the Zanzibar climate. The rooms are tastefully decorated, with many African accents.
The price includes fantastic breakfasts served in the Poa Poa restaurant.
The villa consists of 4 double bedrooms:

- Small double room with ocean view
- 2 double rooms with a garden view
Each room has air conditioning and an ensuite modern bathroom.
Guests have at their disposal a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a large terrace with a beautiful view of the ocean. The villa is fenced, with its own mini beach featuring sun loungers. A private swimming pool is also available.
The price includes bed linen, bath and beach towels, and cleaning (on request— we agree with you on when you want cleaning so as not to disturb your privacy).

Guests have at their disposal 12 rooms, a 3-room villa with a private swimming pool, a restaurant, and a large swimming pool.
